One more tidbit formula to attempt ~ Chicken Croquettes ~ incredible first off !
Fixings
* 4 tablespoons hacked mushrooms
* 2 cups cooked chicken
* ½ teaspoon pepper
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon parsley
* 4 eggs
* ½ teaspoon onion juice
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon flour
* 1 cup milk or cream
* 2 tablespoons spread or other fat
Directions
1. Blend the chicken, mushrooms, salt, pepper, parsley, onion and lemon juice.
2. Make a white sauce: join spread, flour, and milk or cream in a pan over low hotness. Cook, blending constanly, until spread is liquefied.
3. Add the chicken and cook for three minutes.
4. Mix in two beaten eggs.
5. Take from the fire right away, fill a lubed, level dish and permit to cool for 60 minutes. Note: The colder the blend turns into, the simpler it is to deal with.
6. Shape into patties, and coat with fine scraps.
7. Beat the other two eggs in a bowl or profound plate.
8. Dunk the patties in the egg, then, at that point, in pieces, put them in a singing container, not swarming them, and cook in hot oil for two minutes.
9. Discretionary: present with Bechamel or mushroom sauce. gee so yummy.. what a decent taste of chicken croquettes.....enjoy the hors d'oeuvre !
