Attempt this pleasant starter formula "the Apple Roly Polies"

Fixings

* Pie hull or covering for meat pies

* 6 prepared apples, skin part of the way taken out

* Lemon or nutmeg sauce

Directions

1. Roll the pie hull one-eighth inch thick; if involving covering for meat pies, one-fourth inch thick.

2. Cut in eight-inch squares, put an apple on each, crease the outside, dust with granulated sugar and add a little cinnamon, place in a dish oiled with corn oil and prepare thirty minutes.

3. Serve hot with sauce, extraordinary tidbit formula to attempt!
