Fixings
2 lemons, squeezed
6 eggplants
2 tablespoons tahini
salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup hacked parsley, new
Directions
Cook eggplants entire on all sides, turning as fundamental until they are delicate all through and the skin is singed. Put away to cool for 60 minutes.
Strip eggplants and dispose of skin. In a blending bowl, add lemon juice and tahini. Mix well. Add salt to taste.
Finely hack the garlic cloves and add to crushed eggplant. Mix well and chill.
To serve, place in a level serving dish and trimming with parsley. Pour olive oil the top. The hors d'oeuvre formula is prepared to serve...enjoy the sweet !
